Tools you will need:

Large pot

Bowl

Large wok/skillet

Brown Rice Vinegar

Red Chili

Honey

Green Capsicum

Carrot

Brown Onion, small

Soba Noodles

Sesame Oil

Cooking Instructions:            

  1. Wash the fresh produce. Chop the red chili and onion, Cut the capsicums and carrots into strips
  2. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook noodles for 7-8 minutes or until tender. Rinse with cold water. Don’t overcook.
  3. While waiting on the water to boil, in a bowl stir together soy sauce, vinegar, chili, and honey, set aside.
  4. Heat a large wok or skillet with sesame oil over medium heat. Once the pan is hot add onions and cook for about 2-3 minutes until transparent ,then add in carrots and capsicum.
  5. Remove vegetables from heat and stir in drained noodles and sauce. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
